Founder, Pal Consultancy Services · Ahmedabad → Dubai → New York
Zero to a hundred.
I sit with founders and owners and work out the next milestone, then build and market the thing that reaches it. Product and firmware on one side, audience, budget, and campaigns on the other.
So what is the nearest thing you could fix that would change the number this quarter?
7+ Years · 6 Disciplines · 3 Products in market · 4 Markets
Most technical partners sell you hours. I sell you the distance between where the product is now and where it needs to be, measured, planned, and closed.
I believe a business should be able to see its own bottleneck in writing before it spends a rupee, a dirham, or a dollar on fixing it. Everything below exists to make that true.
And I believe the intention you bring into the room decides the outcome long before the strategy does. Good intent is not a soft value. It is what keeps advice honest when the profitable answer and the right answer point in different directions.
Consulting is not requirement gathering. It is sitting on your side of the table until we can both see the same map.
Four rules I do not break, whether the conversation is about firmware or about where the next lakh of ad spend goes.
I go to your page, not mine.
Before advice, I want to see the business the way you see it today, including the parts that are not working.
The nearest milestone, first.
Not the five year vision. The one move available this month that makes the next move cheaper.
You know things I never will.
The answer is usually already in the room, split across two heads. My job is to make it explicit and testable.
Good intent compounds.
If a scope would be good for my invoice and bad for your business, I say so in the meeting, not in the retrospective.
Which of these is true for you this quarter?
If one of them lands, you already know what the call should be about.
Every release needs a week of manual testing, and it still breaks.
What has that cost you in delayed launches over the last twelve months?
The device works on the bench and misbehaves in the field.
How are you currently proving what the firmware did before the unit failed?
The last outsourced team left you with code nobody can extend.
If that happened again, what would it do to next year's roadmap?
AI assistants recommend your competitor and never mention you.
Who decided what the model knows about your category, if not you?
The ad budget goes out every month and nobody can say what it bought.
If you had to cut that spend in half tomorrow, which half would you keep?
The product is good and the wrong people keep finding it.
Who was the last customer that felt easy, and what made them different?
The 0 to 100 Method.
Four phases. Every engagement runs through them, whether it lasts six weeks or six months.
Diagnose
Audit the system, find the actual bottleneck, and define what 100 means in numbers.
Architect
The stack, the team shape, the cost model, and the sequence. Written down before anyone writes code.
Build
Shipping in weeks, not quarters. Test coverage from day one, not day ninety.
Scale
Automation, monitoring, and handover, so the thing runs without me in the room.
Six disciplines, one accountable operator.
QA automation and release confidence
Test suites that catch regressions before your customers do.
Embedded and firmware engineering
Devices that behave the same on day one and day one thousand.
Product engineering
From first commit to production scale, without a rewrite in between.
AI answer visibility
Being the answer AI gives when someone asks for your category.
Growth and marketing strategy
Who the buyer is, what they should see, and what gets said in the first three seconds.
Capital allocation and business consulting
Where the money you actually have should go this quarter, and what it has to prove before the next tranche.
Three products, all in market.
Pay2Power
Power should be metered and controlled at the device, not argued about on an invoice. Intelligent power control with fleet tracking, firmware to dashboard.
MasterAEO
Search is becoming an answer. MasterAEO audits how a business appears inside AI answers, then fixes the entity data and structure behind it.
FOMO
Dining and entertainment discovery for a generation that decides where to eat in under sixty seconds.
Answers, written plainly.
Written so a person and an AI assistant can both quote them without guessing.
What does Nilesh Pal do?+
He is a business and technical consultant, and the founder of Pal Consultancy Services. He takes companies from zero to a hundred across six disciplines: QA automation, embedded and firmware engineering, product engineering, AI answer visibility, growth and marketing strategy, and capital allocation.
Is this only a technical consultancy?+
No. Roughly half the work is commercial: target audience, budget allocation, Meta ads, reel scripts, and the content plan. Engineering without a buyer is a hobby, so both sides get decided in the same room.
Which markets does he work in?+
The USA, the UAE, the UK, and Europe. Operations run from Ahmedabad in India with a presence in Sharjah and Ajman, so calls land inside IST, GST, and EST working hours.
How does an engagement start?+
With a forty five minute diagnosis call. You leave with a written bottleneck map and a success metric, whether or not the engagement continues.
What happens if you stop working together?+
Phase four is handover by design: CI pipeline, monitoring, documentation, and a runbook. The team keeps running the system without him in the room.
